Beginning with Home Loans Canada in 2003, a division of CIBC, Marcel Brossart was an appraiser. Shortly after breaking into the industry, his natural aptitude was noticed and Marcel was recruited to become a mortgage broker. HLC sent Marcel out of province for training and regular professional development to hone his skills and further develop his business acumen. After several years under the large corporate structure, Marcel founded Your Mortgage Link in 2006 and went on to open Your Mortgage Plus, his current company. Driven by the desire to provide the best for his clients, Marcel created YMP free from red tape and the prohibitive corporate structure.

With the goal of building a team and forming an important local presence, Marcel carefully adds mortgage brokers who are creative, customer-centric, and well-versed in the financial industry. Equipped with independence from large banks, Marcel can now truly find the best solution for each unique client.

Dedicated, knowledgeable, caring. Marcel Brossart, Founder, President and Mortgage Broker at Your Mortgage Plus, is the innovative force of the company. Providing the vision to take the company forward, Marcel’s passion and innovative nature drives the success of the business. With a passion for real estate, Marcel enrolled at UBC in 2002 and became a residential appraiser with Dream Home Appraisals. Only one year later, Home Loans Canada (Division of CIBC) recruited Marcel to become a mortgage professional.

Buoyed by a relentless entrepreneurial spirit, Marcel founded Your Mortgage Link Inc. in May 2006 and went on to open Your Mortgage Plus. As YMP’s sole owner and President, Marcel is highly involved in YMP’s day-to-day operations. Having grown up in Allan and lived in Saskatoon for most of his life, Marcel has an incredibly strong Saskatoon base. With that knowledge and network, Marcel can connect you with many referral options to assist you with anything regarding home improvements and repairs, construction, accounting, legal advice and much more. Working extensively with both commercial and residential clients, Marcel’s mission is simple: secure the best deal for each client.
